ped

ped is a well-balanced model that combines high-speed performance with maneuverability. It excels in sharp turns and maintains agility in flat conditions, allowing for quick adaptation to various terrains. It is widely used among professional guides due to its excellent handling and versatility, whether it be tree runs in the hills or open backcountry in mountainous areas.
Walking, climbing, and sliding across the Earth.
Designed specifically for mountain snowboarders, SPLITBOARDS.
Splitting a snowboard in half and compensating for the lost functionality does not result in a truly satisfying product. This splitboard has been conceived from scratch, considering only the needs of splitboarding. The 2.5D-shaped splitboard offers smooth maneuverability during descents while ensuring reliable edge hold during ascents. Moreover, it incorporates Prepreg Carbon technology to create lightweight products intended for use in various mountainous environments. These MOUNTAIN PRODUCTS are designed for mountain snowboarders who seek to push the limits of walking, climbing, and sliding.

Prepreg Carbon+Aiuminum Wood core

FIELD EARTH SPLITBOARD is an innovative product that is created through an extremely challenging manufacturing process. By using a prepreg carbon, which is different from the commonly used wet carbon, and processing it at high temperature and high pressure, it is possible to create a thinner and lighter product than traditional solid boards. While splitboards often experience camber deformation from various environmental conditions, the characteristics of prepreg carbon also help maintain camber for longer periods.
Furthermore, the high flex typically associated with carbon can significantly reduce the riding performance of splitboards. However, with FIELD EARTH, it is possible to control the flex of the carbon itself, allowing for a soft flex while maintaining high rebound. This design enables smooth interaction between the two split board halves and provides a similar feeling to that of a solid board. These reasons lead FIELD EARTH to continue adopting the high-difficulty prepreg carbon as a tool for use in natural environments.
Additionally, 2D and 2.5D shapes are susceptible to the unevenness of the snow surface, which can cause significant vibrations and affect straight-line stability and edge contact. To mitigate unnecessary vibrations while maintaining torsional interaction, FIELD EARTH laminates thin aluminum plates between the vertically aligned cores, reducing vibrations. This core construction method is also used in FIELD EARTH's 2.5D SKI. It's worth noting that 3D shapes, which capture the snow surface at points, are not affected by the unevenness of the snow surface.
